Bella Buman
I love to be active whenever possible, whether it be at the gym, playing hockey, going paddle boarding with my family or going on a hike with a friend, I am passionate about holistic health care and building a healthy lifestyle.
I was born and raised in Newcastle, growing up near the beach until about the age of 10 when I moved with my family to a small property at Williamtown. Growing up I loved to play all the sports I could, hockey, rugby, water polo, soccer and golf in my backyard!

favourite approaches to therapy?
My favourite approach to therapy is taking the time to educate clients on their presentation or diagnosis and empowering them holistically to better understand what is going on to lead them down a path of positive change. I love a mixed hands-on therapy and exercise-based approach to promote ongoing self-management.
