Home Modification consultation with our Builder (Building Professional), working in partnership with the treating Occupational Therapist and the NDIS Participant to provide a Building Quotation for the recommended works.

All building works comply with relevant laws and regulatory frameworks, including building codes and Australian Standards, which regulate home modifications.

The Builder Consultation Fee $500.00 As per the NDIA Price guide (Item: 06_182499311_0111_2_2 HM – Design Consultation with Builder)
