Jake Stewart

Hey, I’m Jake. I am a Physiotherapist who makes it a priority to always listen attentively to my clients. Understanding their needs and concerns is the foundation of providing effective and personalised treatment.
I love spending time with my family, going to the gym and enjoying a big cup of coffee.
I grew up in Port Macquarie and then moved to Newcastle to study Physiotherapy. It is here that I met my lovely wife, Casey. We welcomed our beautiful daughter Zoe into the world in 2023. We are currently in the process of building our first home in Newcastle.

I am passionate about restoring function and movement. I strive to help improve my client’s quality of life, physical potential and provide them the tools to avoid reinjury.
I am a dedicated educator who loves to learn from evidence based practice, my own self-reflection and experiences as well as to educate my clients and empower them through their recovery.
My approach uses both a manual therapy and exercise approach to find the best tailored treatment program to suit my client’s needs.

I find fulfillment in addressing and managing intricate injuries and pain, working closely with my wonderful multidisciplinary team to determine optimal solutions for our mutual clients. Additionally, I strive to empower individuals dealing with chronic pain to enhance their overall quality of life.

I always wear crazy socks and I love telling a good dad joke!
